Good morning 🦁 This is Andrew's Apples, the 2-min health email that flies faster than a bat out of hell. Let's go. 

• 🧠 Nervous system never forgets. As legendary holistic health coach Paul Chek says: "The nervous system always remembers the most traumatic last incident. Your nervous system will learn most from the last repetition and is very likely to forget the previous 10-12." But once your form goes to hell, any incremental rep is teeing you up for injury.

  • 🍎 Andrew's Take. That final rep is between you and Satan. Leave me out of it. But enjoy.

• 🐔 Vegan chicken nuggets, y'dig? Last week, Bon Appetit released an accounting of all the vegan chicken nugget brands, and boy is it sad. Lol! The full title is "Which VCN actually taste good?" Every single one of them is made with industrial seed oils (tied to free radicals, inflammation, and a long list of chronic disease). Even the #1 winner overall cannot be described in only-positive terms ("the texture veering into 'mushy' territory").

  • 🍎 Andrew's Take. It would make more sense to put these in my car as fuel than into my body for energy. If only Fear Factor was still on-air, a young Joe Rogan vomiting on-sight.

• 🌳 I don't go outside. Americans spend 90% of their time indoors. Air pollution indoors can be up to 5x worse compared to outside. Indoor concentrations of pollutants have been getting worse in recent decades due to "energy-efficient" building construction and an increased use of synthetic products inside the home (furnishings, personal care products, cleaners, and pesticides).

  • 🍎 Andrew's Take. Someone once said that your house is only meant for eating, sleeping, using the bathroom, and watching old Jim Carrey movies. That's it. Everything else should happen outside your white picket fence.
