An update on coffee. A comprehensive study from 2014 found that moderate coffee drinking does not lead to dehydration, contrary to popular belief. To be fair, organic raw milk and coconut water, e.g., are going to better hydrate you than a cup of joe, but the panic still is overblown. This is mainly due to the hydration benefits of those beverages take longer to absorb in the stomach. Next, drinking coffee also lights up your metabolism and "reduces your risk for developing Type 2 diabetes, stroke, cardiovascular disease and premature death." If you want to go full health-freak mode, opt for dark beans (higher antioxidant content) and make sure it's organic (less glyphosate and trace chemicals). Lastly, you are probably overpaying for your coffee at the local café. 🍎 Andrew's Take. Coffee makes most people very happy, so drink it. Try to keep it under 5 cups a day (more than you think finish a pot a day) and in earlier in the day. But don't get weird about it, just listen to your body and the sleep you're getting. Caffeine is a wonder of the world.

🍆 Gas station boner pills. Every young boy has sniggered at these. At the checkout line, fire-themed packages called RHINO 69 or EROS POWERZONE lined the counter next to Bic lighters and chewing gum. Each and every one promised two things: a four hour long erection and a trip to the heart hospital. A new company has a natural alternative for those seeking blood flow support to their 'dude downstairs.' In just 45 minutes, this sexual performance booster increases blood flow, firmness, and overall quality. So, wood you?  🍎 Andrew's Take. The organic farmer's market for the billy goats out there. OK!

🕊️ Tweet of the Day. Depressing, or Motivating? Two fistfuls of pills released into the toilet bowl. The giant tub of canola oil dumped down the kitchen sink. The sun kissing the back of your neck during a slow walk through the park. Bubble gum and a bad joke. Things like that.
